Who's Playing in Super Bowl 42 on Feb 3, 2008:
NYC Giants and New England Patriots (6:30 pm EST)

Obviously I'm not a big sports fan. I also don't watch TV, nor listen to much radio. I'm an internet centric kind of guy. So when our preacher told us from the pulpit today that it was Super Bowl Sunday, I was surprised that I hadn't heard about it loud and clear on the internet.

In another world, not very different from our own, there were two girls who were best of friends. The people of this world were very much like we are, except that they have wings. Thin, clear wings, like dragon flies. Some with two wide wings, others with four shorter wings.

Jasmine is very smart and extremely good with math. Her friend Amy, however, is much more into fashion and dance. If it weren't for Amy, Jasmine would probably just keep her hair in a pony tail and wearn a t-shirt and jeans every day of her life.

I shall be using this space to brain storm a world for my winged people story. The story is one that I've been developing in the form of story telling at bed time with my two girls. There are several characters, and my two daughters are very attached to them. They are only 7 & 8 yrs old, but they correct me whenever I test them to see if they realize something I'm saying can't fit in the story, and they look forward to each new story.
